The Anti-Inflammatory, Immune Support Smoothie

2 large tbsp Strawberry Yoggu!

1 cup frozen organic mango

1 cup steamed then frozen organic cauliflower

1/2 ripe organic banana (optional) 

250ml coconut water 

1-2 inch piece of organic ginger, skin removed 

1 tsp chia seeds

1/3 tsp turmeric root powder

Cracked black pepper

Blend ingredients on high in a blender until smooth. Add more coconut water if consistency becomes too thick.
