From Our Founder

Hi, I am so glad you are here. I used to crack open coconuts for you! Well, kinda.

Let me explain - I knew there had to be a better way to make a non-dairy, thick, creamy and delicious alt yogurt. The kind of yogurt I enjoyed while living abroad in France. One that could nourish the planet as much as it nourished me and my tastebuds.

So that’s how I found myself in the fall of 2017 on my kitchen floor recipe testing - cracking open coconuts! Then came the art of fermentation, the most magical and scientific melding of time, temperature and microbes to create the alt yogurt of my dreams. Thick, creamy and super probiotic - all crafted with simple, real food ingredients.

As we’ve grown over the past few years, I remain even more passionate towards cultivating meaningful relationships with our suppliers and partners - humans that share my passion for quality ingredients and environmental stewardship. Our team at Yoggu! produces every cup in-house and ensures the highest quality standards all the way from how we source our ingredients to the final taste test before shipping out to you! Flavour and quality is our obsession.
